Refrigeration System
Top mounted refrigeration system for ease of servicing. Evaporators are factory balanced and oversized to ensure smooth operation under varying product loads and conditions. Designed to consistently maintain 33° to 38° F (1° to 4° C) in coolers & -10° F (-23° C) in freezers. All cabinets are run overnight with performance and functions recorded and kept on file. |

Digital Controller
All Coldstream freezers and select RSS coolers incorporate the Dixell electronic controller. This controller has a digital read out thermometer with accurate and instant recording. All mechanical functions are maintained and monitored by this controller. Freezers also have an optional audio and visual alarm that can be remote wired to your building’s alarm monitor.
The alarm will alert your staff of any temperature rise in time to react without experiencing any product loss. The freezers have a one-button recent high/low temperature history that management can record. This follows HAACP procedures for periodic storage recording.
